Simple and printable 2 piece clip. Double sided track system. This design, unlike my other, is much more robust, and it tells by looking at the print times.... about double my other design. This was my first attempt, but I'm reminded of this saying "To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty. To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be." -unknown I'm always looking at cutting down on material and print times when it comes to 3D printing, all while having a strong part. This would be the Goliath, whereas the other entry would be the david :) Works via sliding 2 pieces together . Model pre-stressed so as the pieces become fully seated, tension is applied to the rail. I takes advantage of the centering washer from the bolt to keep both piece locked together. In this way I did not have to add another locking component.
