K-Slot is an anti-theft security lock system designed by Kensington Computer Products Group. It is a small, metal-reinforced slot found commonly on small or portable digital equipment in which a lock-and-cable apparatus is fastened. Locks are generally secured in place with a key and the end of the cable has a small loop that allows it to be looped around a permanent object. This model was made from reference drawings and by measuring a physical sample. Slot size is 7mm x 3mm with panel thickness 2,5mm - 4mm.
