A solution to a problem. I created a simple design that house's a Kensington 4 port USB hub. I printed this in order to eliminate reaching down to plug in USB devices, now the hub is perfectly situated beneath the desk. You may drill holes either side to attach to desk but I just used super glue... easier option.
