We love our Kenwood mixer from Costco, it is powerful enough to do some really low hydration pizza dough. The problem is that Kenwood accessories are not readily available in the United States. They are more in Europe. You can find some mixer accessories on ebay once in awhile or on Amazon UK. Problem is that Kenwood had the bright idea to develop all sorts of compatibility issues with their mixers. This adapter I made is to connect our Kenwood Major Titanium Mixer, model KMM021, base to the AT956A Ice Cream Bowl attachment. The AT956A Ice Cream Bowl attachment is made to fit the KMCxxx model Kenwood Mixers, so the attachment is 90 degrees off for what is needed on a KMMxxx and the bowl is shorter than what I needed for the KMM021.
