Kersey Fabrications Speed Test

Kersey Fabrications Speed Test

prusaprinters

<p>This is a large speed test so that the printer can get up to speed for direction changes. Other tests I found on Thingiverse were too small to really test full-speed printing.</p> <p>Included in this test are:</p> <ul> <li>Straightaways</li> <li>Curves</li> <li>Overhangs</li> <li>Embossed Text</li> <li>Debossed Text</li> </ul> <p>To setup the print for proper speeds, use the Cura "ChangeAtZ" post processing plugin. I triggered on height 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80mm. If you set the start speed at 40mm/s, you can increase the speed in 25% increments to get to the final speed, 125%, 150%, etc.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Creality</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Ender 5</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>Yes</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.2mm</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>10%</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> <a href="http://www.amazon.com/s?url=search-alias&amp;field-keywords=FilamentOne+PLA">FilamentOne PLA</a> Blue</p> </p></p></p> Category: 3D Printing Tests
