Some simple scales for a Kershaw Chill knife. Easy to print, easy to customize. I included both tip-up and tip-down versions of the left scale so you can carry however you like. There's also both a blank version of the right scale and one that has my logo cut into it. Adding your own graphics is as simple as using your tool of choice to cut or boolean your shape out. Looks great with a filament swap for subtle color variation. .STEP files are also included to make modifications in CAD programs easier. Some tips on disassembling/reassembling your knife: Take note of where you put the two screws for the clip. Although they look the same as the others, they are actually a bit longer. Only those two screws will work on the clip, but they will also work on the scales. Be careful that you don't accidentally use them on the scales or you'll have no screws with which to attach your clip. The easiest way to re-assemble the knife is starting on the left side (the side with the clip/liner lock). The pins that hold the handle in place all have flat edges that match up with flat edges in the metal frame. Screw those in to hold your left scale in place, then add the plastic frame spacer, pin, washers, blade, etc. The flat side of the pin goes towards the clip. If you put the domed end towards the clip it might be tough to get in/out of your pocket. The smaller washers go on the clip side. This is important because the larger ones will interfere with the liner lock. For both sets, the copper washer must be the one touching the blade.
