<p>Moin Moin, I designed a replacement joint and wheel assembly for a Kettler ping-pong table.</p><p><strong>The original mounting hardware is needed (metal liner, hex bolt, washers)</strong></p><p><strong>Is in use for roughly two years now and is still holding up with no visible wear and tear.</strong></p><p>The joint is printed out of <strong>Polymaker Polymax PC</strong> for extra stability.<br><strong>Print Settings:</strong></p><ul><li>0.45mm Wall Line Width</li><li>270°C Print Temperatur</li><li>10 Wall Lines</li><li>100% Infill</li><li>40mm/s Print Speed</li><li>4mm Top/Bottom Thickness</li><li>Part Cooling only until the support structure touches the part then completely turned off</li><li>Supports on</li><li>Printed with a Raft to combat the warping issues with Polycarbonate</li></ul><p>I your joint is breaking under the load I recommend you try out <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyAKtS1b3SQ">remelting</a> the part in salt.</p><p>The wheel and wheel hub are printed out of generic PETG.<br><strong>Print Settings:</strong></p><ul><li>0.45mm Wall Line Width</li><li>8 Wall Lines</li><li>70% Infill</li><li>Cubic Infill Pattern</li><li>40mm/s Print Speed</li><li>4mm Top/Bottom Thickness</li><li>Part Cooling only until the support structure touches the part then completely turned off</li><li>Supports on</li></ul><p>I recommend you print the PETG Parts a few degrees celsius hotter than normal for extra layer adhesion.</p><p><strong>The assembly can easily be modified with the provided Fusion360 (. f3d) files.</strong></p>
