The objective of this project is to utilize just two images: one captured from above and one from below, to create a three-dimensional printable and fully functional key. The version showcased is the fourth iteration, which lacks the finer scaling of the revamped design and the sophisticated support structure that I had to model in order to prevent the key from breaking off when turning the lock. Notably, the current prototype breaks when turned, as the PLA material proves too weak to withstand rotation at this scale. The advanced support system incorporated into the revised design should effectively address this issue.
