I purchased this CO alarm for use in my plane: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076S6KBP2 But I wanted to strap it to my flight bag so that it moved around with me. Made a copy of the existing case with a few small improvements and added a keychain ring. Fully printable without supports. Sized for PETG, so you might want to undersize it by a percent or two for PLA. Use 100% infill, although most walls are thin and probably won't be able to take it into account. It'll likely only affect the keyring.
