I'm creating round number fobs for keychains that display numbers between 0 and 99. Each number comes with pregenerated STL files, making it effortless to print them out. My goal was to ensure that every number has sufficient internal support within its circular shape, allowing it to withstand the wear and tear of being carried in a pocket - so far, this design strategy has proven effective for me. A picture shows an earlier version of this model before I revised it using OpenSCAD and generated all the numbers.
