This is model takes the original lid and hook (from here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19240) and makes it one piece without the need to put them together afterward. I printed one with the Form 1 printer and it works well. Instructions I took the models from jamesarm97's Keychain Pill Bottle (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19240) and combined them using Blender.
