KF2510 Extractor
thingiverse
Having stumbled upon a YouTube clip showcasing a 3D printed terminal extraction tool but unable to find any similar downloads available, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Only tested with cheap Chinese clones of the infamous Molex connector since it was all I had on hand at the time. The .stp file is included, devoid of fillets or chamfers for easy remodeling purposes, as well as a rounded .stl file. I'd greatly appreciate any feedback from individuals who have genuine Molex parts or variations on clones that didn't quite work out. My own experience involved printing it flat on the side in ABS and using a fine file to remove layer lines from the front face of the teeth. After giving it a firm squeeze and gently wiggling the wires out, I was pleased with the results - no blood required!
