A common problem with 2007 Kia Sportage's Sun visor is that the tensioning system fails over time and the Visor falls down, usually at an uncomfortable level. Because my sun visor would not stay closed, I decided to make to make a clip that keeps it closed. NOTE: Use materials that are UV and Heat resistant (eg. ABS or Nylon), as my first print with PLA lasted only few days until it fell due to temperature warping. The main function of the print is to hold the sun-visor using the snug fit around the visor arm. If the material deforms or softens it will no longer hold on the arm as it is upside down and will fall.
