Kids' mini shovel

Kids' mini shovel

Our toddler's shovel broke... so I designed this easy to print replacement in her favorite color. It fits a simple wooden stick with the last 4cm tapering from 22x22mm to 20x20mm. Be sure to print TaperedEnd_proof first to see if it fits, before you print the whole shovel. Feel free to remix or resize. I lowered the shovel on te Z-axis before slicing, so I didn't need supports. Obviously you do need supports if you leave the part to attach the stick, stick out. As I didn't have much filament left, I printed it in PLA with 3 perimeters and 25% infill. Seems strong enough for our 3 year old, but time will tell. I used 0.35mm layer height with a 0.6mm nozzle, printed in less than 4 hours. After that, I just sanded the sides a little bit to make them less sharp. (The original handle broke as well, used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5164599 as replacement)
