Kiev 10/15 Lens To Leica M Body (Techart Pro LM-EA7) Adapter

The Kiev 10 was the first Soviet-built 35mm SLR with automatic exposure. It did this using an internal linkage for the body to control the lens aperture -- there is no aperture control ring on the lens. The same lens mount was used by the Kiev 15 TEE, but nothing else, and the internal aperture linkage makes adapting to another mount problematic. Thing 1464062 is an adapter I designed to mount these lenses directly on Sony E bodies, allowing a slight turn of the lens to adjust the aperture. This adapter is very similar (on the Kiev 10/15 end), but adapts to Leica M body mount. Why? To use these manual lenses with autofocus on the latest Sony E bodies via the Techart Pro LM-EA7 adapter! The last two shots were taken using the LM-EA7 autofocus on an A7II with a Jupiter 9.
