Killerbody LC70 Bed Bob Jig (40mm)
thingiverse
This jig makes bobbing the Killerbodies LC70 bed simple. This jig removes 40mm behind the wheel arch's. Made to be used with a thin Japanese handsaw, or anything with a blade close to .5mm (the slot is .85mm wide). Slide the body into the jig and hold it in place while cutting, first cut off the rear portion and then cut the slot closer to the middle (DO NOT CUT OUT OF ORDER). I suggest leaving the bed cap rails in place while cutting either glued or just snapped in place. PLA should work but I wanted the best chance of a nice straight cut so I chose PETG. PLA will get a bit more cut up in usage. Cutting where I've designed it will retain the mount points for the rear valance that the brake lights mount to. Using a long saw or one long enough to cut both side at the same time will give the best results.
