Killflash and sun shield for NcStar 3-12x56E

This is a combination lens protector, killflash and sunvisor I designed for my NcStar 3-12x56E. The killflash insert pops into the sunshield from the back before it is placed on the scope. The v5 "outsert" and the 8mm tall insert are the models I would suggest to print. The other inserts are not as effective at eliminating the scope glare, and may have potential to come loose if not glued into the sun shield. The other sun shield ("outsert") models will require some post-processing to fit the scope if the scaling is not perfect. The 8mm tall insert fits best, and has the honeycomb structure throughout the entire height of the model. It has 4mm holes with .48mm walls. I may revise this to .5mm, as it seems some slicers may not print walls these thin if you are using a .4mm nozzle. The older honeycomb's holes are sized at 5.9mm (in order to allow as much light through as possible while still hopefully stopping airsoft BB's) with a .8mm wall between them. The square grid pattern views clear, but if your retraction settings aren't perfect, it will have defects. The holes are 3mm with a .4mm wall between them. The square grid doesn't look as cool, but seems to print faster, and with its deeper walls and tighter spacing, seems to be more effective as a killflash. I might re-do or add another honeycomb pattern, later. I designed this to use inserts so that they could be replaced if broken (as this is primarily for airsoft), if I wanted to change the design, and so that I could avoid having to print with supports. The v2 "outsert" has very tight tolerances, so test a small portion of the print first to ensure it will fit. The v4 has slightly looser tolerances and a few other cosmetic changes. v5, the version with the opening for a nut and screw has the loosest tolerances, and accepts a 4mm nut and hex screw to snug it up. I placed the nut and bolt on top, as with a 56mm aperture, this scope should be mounted as close to the bore as possible, and the added height of the nut and bolt for the sun shade would not help with that. This is the version I am recommending, as it should require less post-processing than the others.
