This is an incredibly niche design which is also incredibly easy to make using only your slicer but if you have one of these brilliant folding porro prism monoculars based on the Carl Zeiss Jena Turmon 8 X 21 such as the Noblex-Docter (the one I have), or the Eschenbach 'model: 42928211', I will have saved you the near inconsequential time of taking measurements of your own. The bottom of the TPU sleeve due to printing has a slight ridge in it's inner diameter which I took advantage of as a stopper for the inner piece being inserted from the opposite end. In my testing I saw no need to use adhesives thanks to a strong interference fit, after sliding in the inner piece I slide the TPU sleeve over the objective lens housing and it results in a snug and robust fit. Naturally this technique of printing a flexible sleeve (no top/bottom layers 0% infill) and a cylinder made of just about any material you want with no top/bottom layers (~20% honeycomb infill) can be modified to whatever size the lens you want to add a killflash to. For anyone too lazy to look it up an anti-reflection device (ARD) or killflash simply restricts the light a lens collects/reflects to a single plane, depending on the infill % this does slightly dim the image but it prevents reflections off axis flash or glint which is highly visible to an observer for miles away allowing them to precisely locate you. These sorts of monocular are often styled as 'spy glasses' meant for covert surveillance so I thought they should have a killflash to be safely used for that role, sadly though the monocular does not fit in the oem leatherette/velcro case with the killflash installed but it easy to remove at any time. Outer sleeve: Generic TPU 0% infill No top or bottom layers 4 perimeters (2 would probably work) Outer brim Inner Sleeve: Any material you want (I tested PETG and PLA) Any infill (20% honeycomb is a good balance for light transmission and aesthetics) No top or bottom layers Outer brim
