I suggest you to take a scan of your head (lots of mobile app now are able to do it) and resize the main piece at your needs. Ive used the 7 parts and make 2 main pieces with glue, (front and back) so i can snap booth parts (will be much easy to fit my head) with magnets but depending you your head size it will be possible to glue all the pieces and make a single piece if your head will fit the bottom hole.
