This is a charging dock for the kindle fire 7 5th gen. That's the one that is $49.99. Hole in the bottom is to fit your usb cable in. Its tight enough to glue the usb in place and leave it there (that's what I did). Just put some superglue on the fat outside of the plug (where you grab it) and plug it in while the fire is docked. Then leave it for a few hours to set.
