Be advised: this doesn't work for the CNC sliders, I'm working on a new solution for that. Due to dimensions this fender only works on stock or 3D printed sliders. An evolution of the dirt protectors, these mini fenders (one in the front one in the back) protects the sliding channels on the S22 from dirt being splashed into them from the wheel and is easy to print for anyone having a printer with a bed of at least 220mm height or width. The fenders are designed and mounted in such a way that they move with the rails and the motor without scraping or causing friction on the battery case. The PLA fenders Combined with the TPU plugs should give pretty good protection from dirt and mud getting into the sliding channels and keep the suspension system working. I am aware that there are solutions circulating that basically cover the whole wheel well with one large fender but this is an alternative if you don't have access to such a solution. The fenders are simply installed by sliding them in from the top and being careful to align the bottom thinner parts on each side of the slider rails between the motor and the battery case, see photos. The TPU plugs should sit at the top inside the suspension channels and are easiest to install from the bottom when the motor is dismounted. Recommended print settings for fenders: Print 2 of these in PLA, one in the front and one in the back. Make sure seams in the slicer don't end up on the thinnest parts or they lose structural integrity, supports can be tricky on this print due to the thin walls so I print without the support interface (solid supports on the Z axis) which is still pretty easy to remove, 3 top/bottom layers, 3 walls, line width 0.5mm, infill at 30% Grid. Recommended print settings for plugs: Print 4 of these in TPU one for each channel. 2 bottom/top layers, 2 walls, 15% cubic infill, the goal is for this part to be a bit soft and flexible but still robust. For sliders themselves I recommend this solution which is a huge upgrade (read through carefully, it requires HTPLA filament to print): https://www.printables.com/model/268351-s22-3po-the-3d-printed-option-kingsong-s22-suspens
