King Song S22 Parking Stand

A parking stand for the King Song S22. The S22 has a built in kickstand but putting it on a stationary stand will make it take up less space in your home or storage area. This stand is designed in such a way that most of the weight from the wheel will actually rest on the ground via the tire so that the stand does not need to support the full weight of the wheel. Currently this S22 stand only supports the S22 with the suspension in such a position that 2 or 3 holes are visible on the link lugs (2 holes should be default from factory), for lower suspension settings there would need to be a cushion similar to the one Master version of the stand, thus it's not recommended to use this stand if your suspension is in a lower position than the recommended use case. This design shares the same framework and elements with my Begode Master Parking Stand: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5661952 but the feet have different width in order to accommodate for design differences between the S22 & the Master so if you want to use both you have to print both versions. Printing instructions: Main - Feet - S22.stl You need to print 2 of these, use PLA or similar rigid enough material. Print with 10% Grid Infill, 3 Walls/Layers/Perimeters Main - Sides.stl You need to print 2 of these, use PLA or similar rigid enough material. Print with 12% Grid Infill, 3 Walls/Layers/Perimeters Choose cushion according to how many holes are visible in your suspension links: S22 - 2 Holes Visible on Suspension Links - Small Frame Cushion.stl or S22 - 3 Holes Visible on Suspension Links - Small Frame Cushion.stl You need to print 4 of the correct version in TPU, they are mounted on top of the sides to provide some cushioning between the wheel and the stand. Print with 35% Cubic Subdivision Infill, 3 Walls/Layers/Perimeters Installation: Pop the sides into the holes of the feet as pictured in the photos, you might have to use a little bit of force, easy method is to use a rubber mallet to gently hammer them in just be mindful and don't use excessive force. Install the cushions by slotting them into the grooves on top of the sides.
