I used a 24mm diameter brush shaft for the main body, you can pick them up from hardware stores for cheap. The dimensions are all scaled for the shaft so it's a little on the smaller side of life size, but still real close. The bike picture hopefully shows how big it is. Designed in Fusion 360 in an hour, took about 20 to print. The handle is all in one section as I'm lazy and didn't want to worry about sticking it together, so it's a big print with a lot of supports. Feel free to remix it or anything.
