The Z-Axis lead screw on the Kingroon KP3S is unsupported and can wobble and/or be knocked. It isn't a major problem as the screw is reasonably well constrained by horizontal axis mounting, but I just prefer the overall look of it being "topped off" neatly. Use a standard 608 (8X22X7mm) ball bearing and press fit.
