This is a mounting platform and sign bracket for the KC-135R Stratotanker kit card by eielson_guard available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4931110. This print does include a pyramid pedestal which I did not use for the Kit Card Tree Adapter. These parts are designed to attach to a 3UDC pivot arm so that you can present this model anyplace you have a 3UDC socket.
