Kite Hydrofoil Front Wing - Fully 3D printed

Just to see if it's possible, I designed this front wing meant to be strong enough to fly without any lamination, straight out of the printer. The wing has two embedded 42cm 8x8mm square stainless steel rods. Wing specs: Span: 52cm. Chord 26cm. Profile H105. Surface area 1000cm2. -3 degrees washout towards the tips Weight 1400grams (900grams of PLA + steel rods...) Mounting hardware: M8 The wing has 8x8mm stainless steel rods inside, but I made the holes 8.5mm, otherwise was very difficult to insert the rods. I had to hammer the rods into the middle part (which was printed with 8.2 mm holes). I and a friend of mine flew this wing. It performs very well. There's a slight problem, though. I weighed the wing again, and it's 1600 grams now. It's taking in water. So it should be painted/sealed before using it.
