Kitty litter scoop. It's reasonably large (as large as my printer was capable of handling), and it does as good a job as anything we've tried from the store. It's also just the right size to dump its contents into the compostable bags we use. We've been using this for several months. Total size is 150mm x 185mm x 80mm. The handle was carefully designed so this prints without any supports. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: Model can be printed without any supports. Printed in PLA. Sliced using Cura. Shell thickness: 0.8mm Bottom/Top thickness: 1mm Platform adhesion type: Brim. Scaled to mm. The first time I printed this, adhesion between the layers wasn't great, and after a couple months of use, it pulled apart. For the second print I slowed the print speed down to 20mm/s and increased infill to 30% in hopes the PLA would stick better to the previous layer. So far, it's holding together just fine.
