Materials tried

ABS. NOT USEFUL. AVOID. It has this horrible problem where the perimeters will split apart under load. This could result in your bag falling off when riding

PLA. Better than ABS, will support more load but fails pretty hard when it fails. I also don't trust it in the sun

PP it will not fail but it will flex a lot. It's the best material I've tried so far

Print settings / tips

.2 layer height - Important for skipping layers and in built support

Enough perimeters to ensure that the round of the clip hook is solid. 100% Infill will not work as well as being solid with perimeters

Not so many perimeters that the bridging for the clip clicker gets messy

I printed with a .6 nozzle but there should be no issues printing with a .4 nozzle

The models are provided in the intended printing orientation

No supports are needed, the clip is self supporting and the retainer has a built in support

Hardware needed

I wanted to avoid using extra hardware but I could not. The screw which comes with the non locking clip has a nasty tendency to split printed layers apart. Using a nut and bolt has a clamping action that keeps the part together

24mm M3 Bolt

M3 Nut

Mounting on Fiido T1

Unfortunately there is nowhere near enough clearance between the wooden tail rest and the frame to allow these clips to work. I had to remove mine with a view to cut slots for the pannier to be mounted

Other Bikes / Frame sizes

I've included the step file and a link to the Onshape document so it should be straightforward to make clips to suit your bike frame. The design is parameterized and the inner diameter can be adjusted to suit your bike. I can also render out parts to suit your frame if you drop a comment but I make no promises to be timely!
