Klingon Disruptor – Classic Star Trek

This is a project to create a replica of the Klingon Disruptor seen in the Original Star Trek series. I designed these files to be easily printed on my Prusa with no supports (except for the Scope Mount). This means the complex shapes with little fins are printed as individual fins then glued together at the end. This created a really smooth final piece. File names indicate the quantity to print. I used a 1/8" threaded rod to align all the central barrel pieces. The textured silver mylar sheet that is shown on the two panels is screen accurate and purchased on ebay.
