Klipper on CR-10

Klipper on CR-10

I have installed klipper in a semi original CR-10, this is what I changed in my CR-10: - extruder (the dual gear red that you can find on amazon) - the bed, the PEI bendable that you can get everywhere - an all metal hot-end clone I have connected a RPI3B at the Cr10, installed a clean OS on RPI, and used Kiauth for installing klipper following the instructions on the klipper web site. using pin21 of RPI I connected a relais that allows me to turn CR-10 on/off. here attached you can find all the configuration files used for Klipper and FLUID. I noticed that if you configure pressure advance well in CR-10 then you might not need to use "input shaper" (I do not get much difference whatever frequency I use). use my configuration as a starting point and as usual enjoy... I forgot you can run cr-10 at acceleration 2000mm/sec2 and 100mm/sec printing without any problem with a very good quality, but just remember to increase the filament temperature of 10°C. I am conservative and I print with 1000 mm/sec2 and max 80mm/s speed. if the bed is not the glass original, but a lighter one, you can go quite fast... one additional note: if you do not use input shaper the print takes 20% less because input shaper adds additional movements.
