Updated 2017feb07: v1.0.1 fixes some calcs that prevented increasing mount tab beefiness, plus beefed it up from 3mm to 4.3mm just to be sure (plastic is cheap !). v1.0.0 models are still there for comparison but suggest to just go for the big'n. My original is still holding just like in the picture above, but one other person had theirs separate (although that could have been their print settings). Enable supports everywhere then scrape them out through the screwHeadHole If using Simplify3D, set support resolution of 2mm and preview to ensure support is oriented at right angle to the screw slot. If it isn't, change Support Infill Angle value by 90 deg (default is 0).
