This replaces the stock front sprocket cover, which is bulky in my opinion. I designed it specifically for my 2010 Kawasaki KLX 110L, but I believe it should fit all KLX and DRZ 110 models. The stock cover had 3 bolts to attach it, but this one only uses 2. Print Settings Printer: Q3D OneUp Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 60% Rectilinear Notes: I printed it with the outer face downward. Post-Printing Drill out holes to 0.25", Sand, Polish To make the holes clean for the bolts, I used a 0.250" drill bit. I went through with files, sand paper, and aluminum polish to clean mine up. After it was all said and done, it looked pretty good mounted on the front sprocket of my bike.
