KMX TEE BRACKET MKII

This is a tee bar bracket design for the square boom of a KMX Kart which doesn't have a shark fin to fit a tee on or may'be for someone who wants an extra tee mount to mount a garmin or other on. I printed it in ABS on a JGAurora A5 printer. I used 250C for extruder 90C for the bed and 100% for fan and i used Cura to slice it, 70% infill using supports. The G-CODE files reflect these settings so it is just a matter of saving to SD Card and printing from printer or using USB lead just load into Cura and print. The G-CODED Files also have the top mount lying on its side with supports as does the bottom which is lying on its side without the need for supports. My brother didn't initially have much success with printing ABS until i looked on youtube ansd we use the ABS Juice method for sticking prints to the bed, 50ml acetone and about 5g of ABS or equivalent of ABS misprints (OH yes recycle it)
