Knob and E-Stop Button for Stock FT-5

Just a simple replacement knob and e-stop button for the stock FT-5 screen and plate. The knob is nicely sized length-wise, but may need to be resized in the XY dimensions, depending on how your printer handles tolerances for small holes. The e-stop button has the nice feature of being flush with the front of the frame, so it's less likely to be accidentally bumped while using the knob. When printed in a bright color, it's also easy to find. Depending on the spacing between your 2004 screen and the plate, you may need to scale it vertically a little so it fits exactly flush to the surface.
