The person adjusted the handle through Netfabb Basic in order to repair it. They manufactured the handle, boosting its dimensions by 3%, so that it would fit smoothly yet remain securely in place. I advise creating it at full size initially and doing a test fitting; only if required should you enlarge from there, possibly incrementing by no more than 5% as my initial guess turned out to be too low.
