Knurled M6 Knob (for leather strip cutter)

A quick knurled knob for the leather strip cutter by carstenj, The original was super in the way when cutting. I also didn't like the sliders so I made new ones as well. The sliders (rod in the original design) are designed to have a partially captured nut and bolt in them so the stay at the proper thickness. I also made the measurement lines in 1/4 inch increments.
