Kodama Trinus PLA Leveling Jig

Simple 4 point leveling Jig for your Trinus printer that is sized specifically for the heated bed platform. This design does not reduce the print height of your Trinus. It is designed for printing in PLA and for printing with a bed temp of up to 60c. It has not been tested for printing with other materials or to use when printing other materials. No melting of any of the PLA parts has been observed, though after the 24hour print with the bed at 60c the jig did need to be releveled. I think some of the parts annealed themselves as no signs of deflection or melting were observed. You will need to print one leveling base, 2 of each the left and right arms and 2 crossbars. hardware needed is in the PDF. Print Settings Printer: Kodama Trinus Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .15 Infill: 15% Notes: Please print the base plate upside down as the only surface that needs to be smooth is the one the goes against the Y-Asis cart. Assembly instructions are in the attached PDF. Post-Printing Please see illustrated assembly instructions in the attached PDF How I Designed This Designed in DesignSpark Mechanical 2.0
