I designed this so that I could thoroughly dry bottles after I've cleaned and rinsed them. The stand can be used by itself (without any fan) and It'll hold five smaller swing-top bottles (IKEA type, 0.5L) or up to 4 bottles of 1.2L or so volume. The stand has cylindrical rare earth magnets of 8mm in diameter by 3mm in height. They couple to the same type of magnets placed under the cover of the air manifold. The magnets should be glued in place. The coupler to flat fans is not very efficient. There is quite a bit of reflected air coming out of the back of the fan. My guess is that I did not design properly the fan coupler for the type of fan I used. The fan is a regular 120mmx120mm computer fan. I also wanted to keep the fan and electrical connections away from any liquids that may come out of the bottles. Printing of all the parts took a long time.Print at your own risk and expense. Individual output port can be closed manually, if you have only one or a few bottles to dry. The first 2 output ports, the ones closer to the fan, don't output as much air as the remaining 3. Probably another design flaw on my part. I was able to dry my bottles in about 40min with the fan ON. You will need to print one of each of the files with the exception of: output_tube_holder_bar.stl --- you need 10 of these Output_cylinder_V2.stl --- you need 5 of these output_tube_V2.stl --- you need 5 of these (The items above need to be glued together to form the five output port assemblies) Leg_for_air_manifold.stl --- you need 4 of these post_for_bottle_holder.stl --- you need 4 of these 8 rare earth magnets of 8mm diameter by 3mm in height small counter-sunk screws (head diameter 5.5mm) All my designs, for some reason, have to be scaled by 10X to be able to get proper dimensions. Update: December 12th 2020 Made adapters for squirrel cage fan (GDSTIME 9733 97X33mm Brushless Cooling Fan). This has increased the air stream considerably. I'll be adding the designs shortly. I'm also adding links to a couple of videos of tests of the Two approaches. 120mm computer fan: https://youtu.be/ljiXn09huHw 97mm squirrel cage fan: https://youtu.be/syDMMZp9ss4 The legs of the table have holes to thread the power cable of the fan through for stress relief (and because they look cool).
