Have rejigged the model for the Kona frunk ( possibly fit a Kia Niro too - will confirm ) to use 3mm or thicker aluminium bars to support the container which is a 30 litre plastic crate from Bunnings, Australia although any container that fits can be attached to the bars. Also added holes to accomodate screws to hold the bars in firmly rather than friction fit. Measurements of bars Long bar : 35.5cm Short Bar : 30.5cm width is 25mm and thickness 3mm Buy the 25mm*3mm*1m alumminium flat bar at Bunnings - you only need the one and cut to size. Use the rubber mounts from the charger cover that comes with the Kona. Use PETG or a material that is heat resistant ( greater than 70 degrees C) Use 2 off of part one and one each of the rest of the parts
