This is a simple base to hold your kong rubber toy with the large hole pointing up and the small hole at the bottom plugged by the base. This allows you to easily fill it with solid and liquid treats and put in the freezer for your dog to enjoy later. This fits the large version of the toy, you might be able to shrink it a bit and have it fit the smaller versions.
