I made this stand because I hated the other stands available. They either required additional hardware or were impossible to remove and made me feel like I was going to damage my volcas. There were some tweaks that could be made but I never made them because I was able to assemble it fine. For example the braces clip in but the tolerance is a little tight and it won't fully relax into place so I had to force it, so use PETG or similar flexibility. I believe you should print BraceThickClip.stl that might have been the tweaked version. I printed in PETG and there was some warping due to draftiness and I was still able to fit them together. There is a recess and a short tab that fit together on the top and bottom. I will admit that you will need to glue them together, so I guess some additional materials are required. They will stay but I glued them to make sure it's solid. I made this a year ago and it still holds together. I also included recesses where you can add rubber bumpers to cushion and hold the volcas in place. There is also a version for the monotribe and SQ1 combo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4543628 It should just snap together. Hope it works for you!
