I liked the design of the KOSS KPH30i and the sound of the KSC75 very much so I decided to make a driver mount for the excellent Koss KPH30i replacement headband designed by r15ch13 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4719065/files). You'll need the Replacement KPH30i Comfort Strap designed by Fukurami-san (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4718031). Print the driver mount with the KOSS log facing downwards. No supports needed. Reheat the upper part of the driver mount with a heat gun or similiar. Align the heated driver mount on top of the replacement headband an press it firmly against it so it will bend and take the shape of the headband. In addition to this method I added a little helper to get the bending right. The driver connector was designed by Tysocrates (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4663266). I prefer using PETG because it's more flexible than PLA. Update 2021-12-31: I added a slightly remodeled version of the Driver Mount in Files "KOSS Driver Mount v4". There are added curviatures and the driver mount was slightly reoriented. Update 2021-12-06: I added a littler helper for bending. It has the same radius as the headband. Just print it with some more walls to get it more resistent against heat. I used 4 walls, 15% infill and PETG as material.
