Kossel 2020 top bracket

A pair of top-mounted brackets for a Kossel printer built with 2020 extruded aluminium which I'm using with the cones and clamp from thing #969358 and a length of 8mm smooth rod. I've added a pair of taller brackets for cases like mine where the available space isn't quite enough for your filament spool.
