Kossel corner bracket with integrated bed support

This corner stabilizer and integrated bed support is printed in poly carbonate carbon fiber for strength. Designed to fit in the 3 uprights to provide support of the upright rails. Supports the 250MM glass bed perfectly. Note that the fit may be tight. Use M3x20 for the attaching to the upright rails. The M3 nuts will fit into the slots of the rails, unfortunately, you have to disassemble the unit to get these on. But, by carefully working at it you can get them on and the unit re-assembled. Use M3x10 for attaching the flat section to the lower rails. I wish you good luck. This helped stabilize my unit, but I also found I needed to attach some stability bars at the top to the wall to give the unit 100% rigidity for high speed printing. I will be designing upper corner brackets in hopes of eliminating the upper stability bars that attached to the wall (temporary). Keep an eye out for that design. Also, if you need tweeks, contact me and for a reasonable tip I can modify the design specifically for you. Send me a message on thingiverse if you need that.
