KP3S whirl fanduct and holder for 5015 radial fan and 4010 coldend fan

This is my latest design of a fan duct and holder for the KP3S 3.0 with Titan extruder and a V6 hotend (Triangle Lab ceramic heating block with custom sock). The fan duct is based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770372 but designed from scratch. However you should still be able to use the original fan duct with the original hotend. The holder is redesigned as well to be height adjustable now. Maybe it will fit the original V5/MK8 hotend as well. On the left side it now has holes for a zip tie so you can fasten all the cables. And the best feature is the support for a 4010 coldend fan including a small air guide towards the coldend. The latter will reduce air being directed onto the heating block. And the 4010 fan will drastically reduce the noise of the printer (if all the other noisy fans have been replaced already) and allow better cooling of the coldend. There are two versions of the holder: one that contains the air guide so the whole can be printed with PETG/ABS/ASA and another version that is split into the holder itself and the respective air guide. The latter lets you easily print the holder with PLA and the air guide with a more temperature resistant filament. Then you can glue both parts together or use the lower fan screws to keep everything in place. Screw list: It is all M3 screws! 5015 radial fan to holder: M3x20 holder to metal bracket of the KP3S: M3x5 Fan duct to holder: M3x10 or longer 4010 blower fan (and air guide) to holder: M3x16 or M3x20 or self-cutting screws that often come with those fans. Happy printing. Edit - 10.02.2022: added a redesigned duct (whirl_duct_steeper.stl) with steeper chamfer at front. It has improved air routing as well and nicer rounded edges at a complex corner I was not happy with in the old version.
