Needed a collar depth guide for my Kreg drill bit. I mainly use 3 material depths so only printed 1/2, 3/4, 1 1/2 inch materials. First print was just slightly off at 1 1/2 so I simply painted on the right stop depth for now but this STL is adjusted for better accuracy. I just haven't had time to print another one yet. It took about 4.5 hours to print and works nicely. Really like that I can just toss it in my tool bag and use any of my Kreg Style clamp on jigs with the bit.It is pretty rugged as it is very simple and it stores well in a tool box or bag. I played with another design that is a sleeve for each depth. They work but this one is so much easier to slip into my tool bag and is much sturdier and easier to adjust if needed. If I need some other custom stop depth, I can add it manually by making a small slice and painting it. I ma all about easy to use and sturdy for my jigs.
