After replacing the power button (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4900575) the grinder worked fine for a while. Then there was the need for finer grinded coffee. So I turned the knob to change the setting. The knob seemed to got stuck and when I tried harder something broke :( I had to open the machine again: To open the housing, I found this video very helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0Lk0ImBtko&t=442s Once opened it, I saw what happend - all the teeth of that gear were broken off (see the picture). So I drew a spare part with freecad. I used ABS with 0.1 mm level height and 100% Infill. Printed with the gear down to the printbed. It seems to work first but broke after a while. To get more strengh you can lay it way flat. That will need support and cleaning. But this is a lot stronger an now last for quite a while! When disassembled, this is a good opportunity to clean the mill. You can screw the top part out and should clean the thread with a brush so that it smoothly screws in again. I think a stuck, hard going thread was the reason for the teeth of the thread to break off. And of course, you a dealing with equipment that runs on 220V: Before opening the case, remove the power-plug from the outlet, be careful as hell … And don´t say I haven´t warned you.
