These tie the HEED GPS mount to the headlight to keep it from bouncing. So far, it has lasted >6K miles with some rough, fast off-road. This was mounted on my 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure R using the HEED GPS bracket and I have the Garmin 276Cx, which is a heavy GPS. I printed them with larger layers, lots of lines and high infill for strength (but that might not be necessary). You will need a long bolt and a nut for the headlight side, and 2 more shorter bolts and nuts for the GPS side. I don't remember what length, but it is pretty easy to figure out.
