EDIT: I have added the V2 design where the ZIP tie holes are in a lower position so when you tighten these, the ZIP ties will not be vulnerable to the original fork oprotectors scratching and thus they won't snap ;) This was designed as a protection/holder for the neoprene covers we put on our motorbikes to protect the front shock tubes and the dust seals and prolong the lifespan of the system. And to also hold the neoprene covers in place. This piece is designed for WP front suspension tubes 48 diameter used at most of the modern KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas and many other brands/models of Enduro/Cross bikes. It is designed a 0,5 mm bigger than the actual suspension dimensions because you only need to squeeze the neopren cover enough to hold it in place. You definitely don't want to overtighten this and squeeze the shocks itself and add friction. The neopren is about 2-3mm thick. These covers are also protecting the neopren covers from being torn by the default front shock mud covers when they bend due to an accident and due to the move of the suspension they are then scratching the neopren until they brush a hole into them. This is all covered by these printable covers. Since we started to use it in our group, our front suspension lifespan was prolonged significantly. No need to clean the dust seals before each ride, no worries about riding in mud, sand or dirt. The oil doesn't leak due to dirt getting into the system through damaged dust seals! :)
