This part is for the Kunai RC plane from Great planes. Problem Statement: The servo push rods are very long for this plane. And as they travel through the Carbon fiber tail tube, they tend to bend a little giving some slack to the control surface movements. Solution: 1) This part will block both the pushrods (Rudder and Elevator) towards the inner wall of the tail boom and won't let the pushrods bend. 2) Try a dry fitting first: Just push this insert into the tail boom by keeping both servo pushrods aligned into the side grooves. The front hook like protrusion is added to make the pushing or removal easier. 3) Once you confirm that the dry fit is working fine, add a bit of Uhu Por glue on the curve side of the inserts and push it in for a final placement.
